The design and development of Morgan Farms was implemented by a team of professionals from Morgan Farms Development, LLC (Developer), R. Clark Associates, Inc. (Landscape Architects and Planners), Wells Mansfield, Inc. (Civil Engineers, Surveyors, and Land Use Consultants) and Traverse Architectural Group, LLC (Architects).
R. Clark Associates, Inc. (RCAI) was hired as a consultant for the development of master plan ideas, as well as to assist the development team through the city of Traverse City and Garfield Township entitlement process. RCAI also created landscape construction documents, as well as designed and produced the Morgan Farms Pattern Book - a document that graphically illustrates architectural, site planning, landscaping, and site features to establish the intent for each land use area in the development, as well as consistency among the range of uses.
