R. Clark Associates, Inc. (RCAI) was retained by the Acme Township Board to provide professional planning services to the township. When requested by the township, RCAI planning staff reviewed site plans and special use permit applications, as well as prepared best planning practices recommendations and findings of fact reports for the township’s planning commission. RCAI assisted the township through the entire approval process for an application. RCAI provided clear, concise information on each applicant’s project through a PowerPoint presentation, which supplemented the written findings of fact. RCAI planning services included: attendance of monthly Township Planning Commission Meetings; advising, assisting, and coordinating township committees and staff; regulatory compliance assistance; and expert witness service.
