R. Clark Associates, Inc. (RCAI) was hired by West Bay Professional Centre to complete Westport, a commercial development in Greilickville, Michigan with views of Grand Traverse Bay. RCAI designed a master landscape plan which included retaining walls, vegetation, landscape, and exterior building lighting, as well as coordinated the sign design and installation. Following the client’s approval of the design concepts, RCAI provided site construction management services for the first phase of the project which included coordinating a bidding process, assembling and managing an experienced team of subcontractors to implement the approved plan, and producing “As-Built” drawings for the client.
