Red Management retained R. Clark Associates, Inc. (RCAI) to develop a site design for a residential infill project in Traverse City, Michigan adjacent to the Traverse City County Club. RCAI’s design accommodated the site’s unusual topography and provided for the creation of residential units which complimented the existing neighborhood character. The design also incorporated a meandering sidewalk through a protected tree zone along the perimeter of the property. RCAI guided the planned unit development through the entitlement process.
