R. Clark Associates, Inc. (RCAI) was hired by Bayview Professional Centre LLC to revitalize an outdated office building. RCAI’s concept for the office building incorporated a water feature and heated walkways in an award-winning landscape plan. Following the client’s approval of the concept, RCAI developed site construction drawings and secured agency approvals for the implementation of the proposed site improvements. RCAI provided site construction management services, including assembling and managing an experienced team of subcontractors to implement the approved plan as well as producing As-Built drawings for the client. Following the extensive update of the building’s architecture and landscaping, the thirty-year old office building can compete in the current office space market.
